Susan Crown is an award-winning senior communications leader, former British Diplomat and team builder. She has founded Crowning Glory Consultancy as she believes that communications should be a force for good - expert, inclusive and authentic.

She spent 25 years working for Government departments, NGOs and the regulation sector. She has proudly built and delivered multi-channel, integrated communications campaigns and plans which have made lasting, measurable impact.

With an excellent track record of taking projects from ideas to realisation, she ensures that timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and people are engaged. Susan ran the national Voter ID campaign at the Electoral Commission, which saw awareness of the policy go from 22% to 90% in five months (listen to the podcast here: http://bit.ly/4cy45am). This campaign won a prestigious Effie in 2025. She also developed the national voter registration campaign, which encouraged 3 million people to register to vote before the last General Election. With over two decades of experience of managing diverse and multi-skilled teams, she has worked internationally with charities, Ministers, government stakeholders and more.
